Fraud Prevention Post (Monthly)
This project showcases a series of educational social media posts created for Citibank, aimed at enhancing awareness about fraud prevention. The campaign focused on several key areas, including safe card-not-present (CNP) transactions, recognizing phishing messages, safeguarding bank account details, and identifying bogus messages via SMS. Each post provided practical tips to help users protect their personal and financial information, emphasizing vigilance against scams and fraudulent activities. The design approach combined clear, concise messaging with visually engaging graphics to effectively communicate the importance of digital security.
