The eDM is divided into three main sections: "Before Travelling Abroad," "During Overseas Stay," and "Returning from Vacation." The eDM aims to educate customers about the importance of staying vigilant, reporting lost or stolen cards, and safeguarding their digital keys. It highlights proactive measures such as alerting customers of suspicious transactions through 2-Way SMS and Push Notifications, as well as providing instructions on verifying transaction authenticity and reporting incidents promptly. Additionally, the eDM emphasizes the significance of regularly changing passwords and being cautious with sharing personal and banking information. To enhance the eDM's visual appeal and engagement, eye-catching graphics and icons are incorporated. The overall objective is to educate and empower customers to travel smart, stay safe, and protect their financial well-being while maintaining a professional and concise tone.
